Loaded

Introduction

Loaded is a digital games store formerly known as CDKeys.com. The business rebranded in September 2025, and cdkeys.com now redirects to loaded.com; customer accounts, order history and service carried over unchanged. It sells game keys for PC, Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo, plus memberships, gift cards, wallet top-ups and in-game currencies, and has operated for more than ten years.

The platform is operated by This Game Technologies FZCO, a company in the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre free zone. Sales are made by regional licensee companies depending on where you live, with separate entities for the EU, UK, US and the rest of the world, and marketplace sellers also sell in the US. Loaded is an official gaming retail partner of Crystal Palace FC.

Buying on Loaded

Keys are delivered digitally after payment, usually within minutes, and the store asks you to contact support if a key has not arrived within ten minutes. Loaded sources products through a global network of suppliers to keep prices low. Phone verification or an ID check may be requested, and using a VPN can delay or cancel an order.

Refunds are discretionary and assessed case by case. Requests must be made within 7 days of key delivery, and played games or redeemed keys are not eligible. Purchases earn Koins loyalty points that can be used as a discount on later orders.
