Gamivo

Introducción

Gamivo is a marketplace for game keys, gift cards, subscriptions and software. The platform operates on a dropshipping model: products are delivered by third-party suppliers who set their own offers and terms. The site is operated by GAMIVO.com Limited, registered in Sliema, Malta, and follows EU consumer law. A related Polish company, Gamivo S.A., is based in Szczecin and has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Gamivo S.A. was incorporated in November 2017. Besides one-off purchases, the site runs a paid membership called SMART that gives discounts, priority support and protection for purchases. Gamivo also runs an affiliate programme that pays a commission on referred sales. Payments go through third-party providers such as PayPal, HiPay and Nuvei, and Gamivo monitors and verifies all transactions.

Ventajas

  • Operator registered in the EU (Malta)
  • 14-day refund for unrevealed keys

Desventajas

  • Account required to purchase
  • Buyer protection costs extra
  • Subscription offers can lead to recurring charges

Comprar en Gamivo

You need a registered account to buy. After payment, the supplier's key appears on the platform, often through automated delivery. Payment providers may charge their own fees, which are shown when you choose a payment method. You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days as long as you haven't displayed the key. Once you display it, the key counts as delivered and can't be returned.

For an extra charge per product, the optional Customer Protection Program gets you a replacement, or a refund if no replacement is available, when a key is faulty or doesn't match its description. It is included free for SMART subscribers. Some buyers have reported that SMART renewals were charged after a trial, so check your basket.
