Green Man Gaming

Green Man Gaming is a London-based online retailer of PC and Xbox game keys, operated by Green Man Gaming Limited. It sells as a single retailer, not a marketplace, and every key comes directly from publishers, with contracts covering more than 1,300 of them. Keys are redeemed on platforms such as Steam, the Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Connect and the EA app.
The company was set up by Paul Sulyok and Lee Packham and launched its store in 2010. It acquired the gaming social network Playfire in 2012 and started a publishing division in 2014, so it also publishes games as well as selling them. Plans for a stock market listing in 2018 were postponed, and the company remains privately held.

You need an account to buy, and account holders must be at least 18. Keys for released games are made available immediately after purchase, while pre-purchased keys are released around launch. Purchases made through a VPN or proxy may not work and are excluded from refunds.
Refunds are discretionary and considered within 7 days of purchase, provided the game has not been downloaded or activated and the key has not been shown to you by email or on the site. Refunds are not processed in the 48 hours before a game's release or preload. EU customers have a 14-day withdrawal period until the key is disclosed.
